Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account data: email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the profile fields Google returns.
• Company & financial data: company profiles, chart of accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial entries you input.
• Operational logs: request metadata used to secure and operate the Service.

How we use it

To authenticate you, isolate your workspace, calculate KPIs and reports you request, and keep the Service secure and reliable. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models.

Access controls

Your financial data is isolated per user via row-level security in our managed database. Only you can read or modify the companies you create.

Subprocessors

We rely on Lovable Cloud (managed Supabase) for authentication, database, and hosting. If you use Google sign-in, Google acts as an identity provider.

Retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a company in Settings removes its data. To delete your account and all associated data, contact us.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your active company selection. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
