1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ultimate CFO Suite Pro™ ("the Service"), operated by Lean Engineering ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Your data
You retain ownership of financial data you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any law or third-party right.
5. No financial advice
The Service provides tools for modeling and reporting. Outputs are not investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for financial decisions made using the Service.
6. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
